Pan Seared Scallops with Bacon Cream Sauce

Gonna make it today! Sounds like the bacon cream sauce would be good with chicken, fish or just pasta.  :drool:

Here's my version in the image below...the only is that the sauce broke.  :oops! I tried adding a bit more butter after it was cooked. :(

I also added finely diced onions and garlic.  :drool: Shallots, leeks, scallions, etc. would also work well with this.
