While surfing around utube I stumbled across this recipe for 'HASSLEBACK POTATOES' ... these look good!  :eat:

Yes, I seen them awhile back but have never made them yet. There's actually a trend now for other things like that including ham, etc. It's the type of cut that makes them "hasselback".
