Mick and @rjen were working on this issue over on the TinyPortal site and @rjen came up with this fix:

Just placing this in the Source folder will fix the issue on a SMF2.0 forum...

Mind you: you may need to clear your cache first...

I did as directed and uploaded the file and for now, thanks to Mick and @rjen, the Smileys seem OK.  :thumbup:

Also, this from Mick apparently helped.  :thumbup:

Not to the latest smf version but will soon. If it is for 2.1.3 then it should work for 2.1.4.

Btw, the TP smileys still look the same to me... And yes, I've cleared my browser's cache. Looks the same in FF and Chrome.

Looks the same to me in Opera. Must be something on my end. I may need to do a little house cleaning with Glary's Utilities. That's usually fixes most problems for me. I'll run it and check back.
