I'm not sure if I'd actually make this but it sure looks impressive!

I love that!
But... when I showed Kay the video she said, "Oh hell no, that's too much grease!"  :'(

I knew she'd say something like that!  ;D

Personally, I think it would be better if you season or marinade the cauliflower after boiling it. I'd also put it on a wire rack when cooking to drain the fat away from the bacon and meat. Personally, I don't like a lot of grease too...bad for the heart. ;)

I love my wire racks. They fit nicely in my half and quarter sheet baking pans. I even cook bacon with them. I put the bacon on the rack and put them in a cold oven and bake them so it slowly renders the fat away. You get very straight bacon (great for presentation) and not greasy as if you cook them without the rack or in a frying pan. ;)

I always spray mine with cooking spray first for easy cleanup. For extra sticky things, I place foil over the rack after spraying it (just in case) and punch holes in the foil for drainage and spray the foil before baking.

Sorry, I had it in Google Photos and I guess they've removed to link from showing it from there. So, I had to download it and add it here.

I forgot to mention that although you can't see it there's quite a bit of bacon fat on the bottom of that pan. It's clear cause it was still a little hot. Maybe I should've poured it out to show you how much. LOL It's a lot healthier this way. :) Plus, you can reuse the fat for cooking, if you'd like. ;)

'Sunny side up' eggs recipe:
Cook your bacon in an iron skillet, then cook your eggs in the resulting bacon grease and spoon the hot bacon grease over the eggs and cook to your desired yoke state. (I like mine cooked medium, or almost runny), the eggs come out looking similar to a 'basted' egg.

Delicious sunny side up eggs with a bacon-ie flavor, best egg ever!
