Title: Parker House Rolls
Post by: Skhilled on October 08, 2016, 09:57:59 AM
OMG! These are a bit crisp on the outside and like soft little pillows on the inside! I just got finished making a batch and they are SO, SO good! You don't need anything on or in them!!!

I did use European style butter because of it's high fat content and extra buttery goodness!!!

You need to get Kerry Gold, Plugra, or Land O' Lakes European style butter to make them extra special. For 2 sticks they cost the same as 4 sticks of quality American butter but are really worth the extra cost!!! European style butters have a higher fat content and therefore a richer taste.
