A Double-Barrel Stove for Gpa!
« on: December 14, 2007, 08:58:17 AM »

Our garage is rather large and drafty so I've been wanting a wood stove or some other kind of heater for it, but the stoves that are available in stores are very expensive, costing from around $200 and up for one large enough to do any good. Actually to get one that's really up to the task would cost about $500 so that's just not going to happen!

So what to do? How about a 'Double Barrel Stove"... bigthumb

This thing is gonna be awesome!
Check out the pics below in the 'before' shots to see some of the parts and pieces that go into the two barrel stove, there will be some 'during' and 'after' pics as well of course. blink-blink

It may be ugly but it works good!

Took lots of time & work to put this contraption together but it makes a lot of heat.  bigthumb

Here's me stoking the first fire.
