Did you ever have a box delivered with 50K inside? Well me gots one of those this AM. laughing7
(it was actually my new Chemo drug)
BTW... I had thought that my co-pay would be 4-5K, but it's actually $7,000.00! shocked003

Wow! That's a lot of cashahola. :P
Hope it works! :)
-
That big box for that small bottle???

Update:
This Chemo med didn't work out, it made me so sick that Dr Heather changed me over to another drug, this on only retails for $27,000.00! :o
But, the news on this new one is not so good either.
The worse part for this one is the aching, painful feeling from head to toe and it being almost incapacitating, I sometimes need help just to stand from a seated position. :censored:
One helpful medication that I have on hand for another ailment is Oxycodone, 10mg in one of those bad boys gets me up and going at about 85-90%. There is also a listless, lethargy feeling that keeps me in bed about 15-16 hours a day instead of my normal 6-7 hours per day. These past several months have been a real pain in my ass, can't wait for my next scan to see what that looks like.
-
I hate to see this happen to you...especially over the holidays. :(
-
Sorry to hear that first one didn't work for you Ken.
I hope you are feeling better soon.
-
Thanks guys!
Well, it's bad news for us on the Holiday front... several Family members had Covid during the Christmas season, so we canceled Christmas dinner and now, even more of the have tested positive for the virus, so it looks like New Years dinner is also a wash out! shocked003
-
Ouch! That kind of sounds like what happened to my family about 2 years ago. But...two of my nephews (and a few of their family and friends) were running around with fake covid cards and didn't want to get the shots. They decided to have a party and everyone got very sick! :(
-
It may be a disappointment but for the better Ken. No need in more getting sick, especially you and your wife.
Those that don't get vaccinated are only fooling themselves. :P
-
Agreed!
-
We still have a few Family members who won't get the vaccine and it really pisses me off because of all those Grand-Kids and Great-Grands who don't get to spend time with us and create a few memories that might be useful, or entertaining later in their lives. :censored:
-
I hear Ya Ken.
Just don't get people that won't get vaccinated.....and YES, they are missing out.
Have you tried video chat with the Grandkids? Might be better than nothing?
-
Interesting enough we tried to put those together and we had one for Christmas Day, but I was too sick and aching to join in so I missed out on that one. :'(
