Les is the 3rd and 4th and he is always hungry. LOL

I do like my food, I like to eat 3 or 4 time in a day, one big meal then 2 or 3 small meals, always have breakfast, even if its just toast, lunch (about 12 noon)  is normally a sandwich with 4 rounds of bread and some sort of filling, I do like toasted cheese with onion and garlic, or garlic mayo, some times egg and bacon sandwich for lunch, again 4 slices of bread, we dont normally eat until late in our house, around 7pm is normal for our main meal of the day, where we 3 sit down together and eat.

even though it may seem like I eat a lot, I have never put much weight on, I stay about the same  about 160 lbs,  13 stone in UK weight

Kay's Gwaltney Ham was good... and I mean real good!
But, not to worry, there's plenty left so GPa can have a nice big slab of it for Christmas breakfast.

Les, me gonna channel good thoughts about you while me is eating me Christmas sandwich.  :bigteeth:
uum I'll have a slice on a sandwich please Ken, with mayo and lettuces
