Indian (From India) Recipes
« on: April 28, 2017, 10:01:09 PM »
I was watching a craftsy.com class "Focaccia & Flatbreads From Around the World" and got to the part where they were making naan flatbread. They had a link to an Indian site that had a recipe for lamb filled naan that looked really good! So, I thought I'd share it.

I've found two other recipes there that I may try as well:

The bread looks interesting, but I've never really cared for lamb.  :P

I've made a flatbread about a week ago. It was a KAF recipe and it was very good! That is what inspired me to buy that class.

I love lamb and veal. I just bought 2 lamb chops yesterday and a bottle of balsamic vinegar glaze so I don't have to make the reduction myself. LOL Yeah, I get lazy sometimes...
