Thanks Les... just made a new field and called 'Current Status'. Now wanta see what you and Steve think about the name, maybe something different???

I've made the new member group and placed Carol in it... take a look to see what you think.

R.I.P just sounds like the end, its all over, so to speak, but I suppose "Passed On" does too! I was just trying think of a better word really.
