Installed Post and PM Inline Attachments.

Had one install error, need to do the manual edits for "./Sources/Display.php"

Did the edits to Display.php but botched the code somewhere because with the edits in place it returns a blank page.

The install routine only showed the one error and that was in Display.php. During it manual edit there was one one bit of code that I found that needed to be corrected and as mentioned, I likely left something out. Gonna try it again soon.
