This is a great tool! It doesn't even install on your PC. Just run the .exe file and you can pick colors from anywhere on your screen...games, browsers, anywhere! It also gives RGB, CYMK, HTML, and other color codes!

It's been helping me a lot with converting Jeff's themes to SMF 2.1. :)
