Title: Peach Bourbon BBQ Scallops

This is a copycat recipe that Red Lobster used to sell. Some of the restaurants will still make them for you if you ask but they are no longer on the menu.  >:(

You can make these with or without bacon and on the grill or under the broiler. You can also use fresh or frozen peaches OR use peach preserves.
