Title: Scallops Benedict with Brown Butter Hollandaise

I've just GOT to make this one day...maybe very soon since I've bought a pound of scallops yesterday. But first I've got to make my fav as posted in another recipe here since I've not made it in prolly a year...Pan Seared Scallops with Bacon Cream Sauce:
