Title: Cranberry Orange Muffins - Small Batch

I've just made these and they are quite tasty. Although...they do have a strong orange flavor and not quite enough cranberry flavor...to me. But they are they tender on the bottom and have a nice crispy top.

Next time I'll add more cranberries, use a bit less orange zest, add a bit more sugar, and halve the orange extract and add half almond extract to give them a nutty flavor. ;) I'll also halve the milk and add half with sour cream which will give them a bit of tangy flavor as well as make them even more tender.  :eat:

I usually buy them at a store here which I like a lot. But I figured I'd be able to save money making my own. LOL
