Not sure if it is with this theme or the SB itself. Yesterday I created a shout and misspelled a word. I edited it and got a "session timed out" message. When I refreshed it created a duplicate and I kept getting the same error message onscreen. I finally deletes the 2 extras that showed up. I was tired and thought I'd post what happened later but forgot about it until now.

Today, I tried to shout. It added the shout but when I tried to delete it (just testing) I got the same error as yesterday.

Also, if you read the shouts you will see special characters that were not there with the last theme. I know the SB had issues with this before. The cause stated was TP coding but I think it is more with themes than coding now. I did not see those in the shout with the last theme. But I did see them in the SB admin. However, I was so busy at the time (probably a few weeks ago) I forgot to report it until now. 

So, it seems they can be suppressed with coding in the themes, perhaps? Although, this issue was supposedly fixed and has seemingly returned again.

Not sure if it's theme related or not... I will change the forum's default theme to the "Outline" theme to see if it happens in a 'none TP' theme.

I noticed the special character issue earlier this morning, but had to go out and didn't pursue it until reading your post.

After doing a few quick tests in the Outline theme I'm not seeing any errors or special characters.

Yes, I had not seen any special chars in awhile and thought Bloc had fixed them but did see them in the SB admin for the same shouts but forgot to mention it.

When I came here and saw the theme had changed and looked at the shoutbox I could see them in the shouts where they weren't before. So, some coding in the theme is suppressing them although it is not a real fix cause you can still see them in the SB admin shouts.
