Just renewed our Namecheap account for the next year.
The debit card on file had expired, so I needed to go on the site and fix that... trouble is when you rarely ever go on a site like this one that deals with your financial information you should have safeguards in place, like seriously difficult passwords, two-step verification and any number of other access controls that you can set up.

So, you know me, being a bit on the paranoid side, I have the site locked down pretty good and when you couple that with my brain fade issues in recent times. This whole process should have taken about five minutes, but it all went on for about one hour!
