I like it. Dark themes are not my first choice, but I like the crisp, clean lines.

Snow. Snow, and More Snow!
« on: February 03, 2021, 08:06:48 AM »
It started snowing and sleeting very early Sunday morning in the wee AM hours. We got about 5-6 inches that day. Monday it snowed and sleeted even harder...1-2 inches per hours all day! Sometimes the sleet looked more like hail balls and the snow alone was a very heavy, wet snow. I think we got 1 1/2-2 feet or more that day while some places got a lot more than we did!

It slowed down Monday night but kept snowing until about Tuesday noon. I've been shoveling since Sunday 3am and at one time when I almost got the car cleared out a plow pushed a ton of snow up against our cars about a little more than half way up the cars and about 1-1 1/2 feet from the car with heavy snow with ice in it! I was soooo pissed!  :censored:

I finally got the car cleared out and am able to drive it now.

Be careful driving! We've been watching the news from your area and it looks bad for any kind of travel, so stay home if you can.  :)

We have only had a 'lite dusting' that only just barely gave some coverage on the grass areas of our yard and that melted away by the next morning. Our only headache came from the icy roads.

I took off from work last night cause it was still kind of icy on the roads and my back, shoulders, and arms were aching way too much. lol There was so much snow there was hardly any place to put it. The main roads look a bit better today and I don't have to go to work until tonight. I'll prolly leave early to give myself some extra time.
