Went to the cardiologist today to see about my tests and had an annual checkup. He told me my cholesterol was up and I needed to cut back on starches and sweets.  I really LOVE pasta and breads! 

I need to eat more lean meats, fruits, veggies and salads instead. I do love salads, so, I bought a salad spinner. It's cheaper to buy whole heads of lettuce than to but it pre-shredded and makes it much easier to wash and dry them.

Looks to be a good tool. Good luck with the change in your diet... it may be difficult to make the change, but with determination, you can do it.

Yes, but gets me back into making viniagrettes for my salads. We had a salad spinner some years ago but Lealer got rid of it.
