We be back online!

While waiting on the service guy I thought to take the modem out to the shop and blow it out with compressed air... brought it back in and connected it up and it worked!!!

Yeah, those damn dust bunnies are the bane of every digital device! They block the air flow and cause them to overheat which ends up frying the components. This is why I do that at least twice per year.

We were down again!

It went out this past Monday and was restored today... trying to get a two week refund now, been on hold for about 10 minutes already.
