A lot of people don't realize that a lot of the British musicians you know were classically trained and sometimes you can hear it in their music. Take Queen for example, a lot of their music you can hear classic influences in it. In Led Zeppelin's music, you can hear blues, rock, country, and classical. Just listen to various songs by them.
