Did our domain name expire? :oops!
Just went to TP and saw this:

Not again?!?!? LMAO Last I heard Les had something to do with getting the site back up and running. But now I have no idea who was the last owner of the domain or who it was hosted with...
EDIT: OK, did a little checking and it appears to have something to do with GoDaddy.com services. If you click the link you see to renew the domain when you go to tinyportal.net it takes you to:
http://www.secureserver.net/default404.aspx
A quick check for that led me here:
https://www.godaddy.com/help/check-webmail-accounts-using-my-domain-name-5837
So, I did a WhoIs record for it and got this:
http://whois.domaintools.com/secureserver.net
Anyone else find anything different?
-
OK, I logged into my GoDaddy account and tried to purchase it and got a message saying they can contact the owner on my behalf for $69.99 per domain + commission.
-
Strange, seems to be working for me. ???
-
What are you typing? Every link I try including the one in your sig is not working for me.

All links work for me, including my bookmarks. Try, http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?action=forum

Nope, I get the same thing. Maybe it has to do with location and propagation. Sometimes, only certain locations can access it because of propagation...in this case maybe "reverse propagation" if there is such a thing?
-
OK, thanks guys, I'll get it checked out asap. :(
-
It may be possible that it is spoofed somehow?
Anyways, good luck, bro!
-
...or you can try to contact Brad or Bloc...they may know who owned it.
-
Just tried all of the links above... still not getting TP to load up.
-
Same for me and others except Mick...maybe he's special LOL
EDIT: Well, this is the only owner's info I get:
http://whois.domaintools.com/secureserver.net

I have never owned tinyportal.net but I do own tinyportal.co.uk, I think Brad or bloc owns TP.net
Just asked Brad @ FB he said
Nope i transferred it but I don't know who I did it to. Probably Mick but I don't remember.
-
Tinyportal.net indeed expired. It'll be renewed shortly.

Yes we were! :disturbed:
Glad you're getting it sorted out Mick.

Is TP back up for you guys, I am still getting the "Domains Made Easy" page
-
Same here Les.

Ah! That's what it was. I did remember you buying a domain for it.
Still down for me, too...may take a bit for propagation.
-
Guys, it'll be sorted out tomorrow, all going well.
-
Thanks Mick. :)
-
This is really weird! I can see the site on my phone and tablet but not on my PC for some reason!
EDIT: Ok, it was my FF browser. After I cleared the cache, cookies, and flushed my DNS it worked. Great work, Mick!
-
Glad you got it sorted Steve.
-
not up for me yet, tried phone, FF, chrome, MS Edge and safari :(
-
Still working good here Les.
-
Is it working for you yet, Les? If not, go to the run bar/command in Windows and type "ipconfig /flushdns". You may need to reboot. Also, clear for browser's caches and cookies.
I run the ipconfig command every now and then. It's an old command but still works well. Read this to see why:

Its OK now Steve

Cool!
