I like it. Dark themes are not my first choice, but I like the crisp, clean lines.

Arcade Testing, Round #6
« on: September 05, 2010, 08:51:44 PM »
.... This is a working draft for my test results.
This test is going to be run on my XAMPP server.

Test #6: SMF 2 install - Scenario #1:

  • Install E-Arcade
... Done
All db values listed as 'smf_arcade_' (not 'smf_earcade_') see pic #1.
  • Install gamepack plus different game types
... Done
  • Set some favories, rate some games, get some high scores, enter some game descriptions
... Done
  • Uninstall E-Arcade and then clear your error log
... Done
  • Install and run the conversion tool
... Done
  • Uninstall and delete the conversion tool
... Done
  • Install SMF Arcade
... Done
  • Run all Admin/Arcade maintenance
... Done
  • Check to see if old data for arcade was transferred (scores/stats)
... Done.
  • Check to see if games function (including proper dimensions), save scores (proper save type set), etc.
... Done
  • Make sure all functions work in arcade including tournaments
... Done
  • Make sure all Arcade Admin functions work properly
... Done
  • Double check error log after testing
... Done

Everything appears to be working correctly. The only thing that I can see missing are the trophy's, but I don't know if a base install of SMFA (without a skin) is supposed to have those?

All db naming values (smf_arcade_) remained the same throughout the process.

Ran this scenario twice to be sure, all worked as expected with no errors at any point except as previously noted for the eArcade phase of the process.

Good job Underdog.
