Looking through their list of available programs and software's and they are all good... many of them are installed on my PC already.

Yeah, but this will help find updates for them as well. Also, if a program will not install properly it will tell you and just refuse to install it.

The guy I was helping yesterday showed it to me. He is a PC/Networking Specialist but doesn't know a lot about forums yet.
