I'm making Swedish Burgers.  :hah!:  They're like Swedish Meatballs but are hamburgers simmered in in the same kind of creamed gravy with sliced onions.  :eat:

I usually make them about once a month or every other month.

I don't even put it on a bun, roll, etc. I just put the burger in a bowl hop it up and pour the gravy over it and eat it. LOL

Been hankering for some scallops lately and finally found some dry ones at a reasonable price and made Creamy Scallops:

This is so funny! Kay cooked scallops for supper last night! And, no I didn't see your post before.  laughing7

She used her own recipe for an egg wash and then fried them in olive oil and served them with home made mac&cheese and coleslaw. It was all delicious.  :thumbup:

I've been dying for some fried scallops. None of the places make it around here except for 2 of them. The one has the tin bay scallops which I don't like and I'm a bit leery of trying it from the other place. LOL

I love deep fried foods but rarely make them because I don't eat them often and would waste a lot of oil.
