Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salmon Seasoning

Not sure if I've posted this elsewhere but this stuff is awesome!!! It's also good on other foods, too. :) They sell it at Giant Stores (supermarkets) around here near the fresh fish section. I've been looking at it for some time then a few months ago I finally bought some and it is surely worth it!  :thumbup:
