"The Easy, Cheesy Casserole You Have To Try" - These looks very yumm-O! Gotta try these. And, if you put bread crumbs or panko, etc. you'll basically have deconstructed cheesy onion rings!  :laugh:

This sounds good! We haven't had Vidalia onions for a long time now, years ago I worked in Augusta for a time and would often stop and pick up a bag of Vidalia's directly from the growers produce stands.
