Makes sense... This is my fav tool. It's very thin and very flexible! Great for scraping and getting under food that's stuck to the pan. :) You just can't use it with nonstick pans or it will scratch them up.

It's great! Just add hot water to the baking sheet or pan and let it sit for a minute then use the front edge to "deglaze"/remove the cooked/baked on sticky stuff. Then wash as usual. ;)

Also, great for removing soft cookies, etc. from a baking sheet without breaking them as well as helping to remove breads, etc. from a pan.
