My Son's Artwork
« on: September 04, 2010, 06:27:33 PM »
I've scanned one of my son's drawings that he made today and put it in the gallery.

There is more to that one. It is part of a comic book. He then copied it to paint.net and added wording to the text balloons. I'll scan that one later and put it in also.  riteon

He's 13 and has been winning awards for his artwork since 1st grade. I've been trying to get him to do his work on the computer over the past 5 years and he is just starting to go there. These drawings are by hand, though.

EDIT: Here's the text included in that one.

He is doing some good work and you are right to encourage him in any way that you can.

We send him to special art classes so he can learn as much as possible. His teachers are so impressed with him. :)

The 2 images posted so far are part of another comic book he is making. Maybe I'll post the entire thing when he's finished.

This is how Steve started off when he was a youngster and you know what happened to him!  :2thumbs:

Thanks and yes I am. I'll post the rest of that comic book at another time. He does have more comic books somewhere.

EDIT: He does love anime and manga. Yes, there's a difference...somewhere. LOL

He's the other 2 but the text is not included yet. He's been too busy playing games. LOL There are more to this but they are not finished yet.

Here's the first and 3rd pages. The one in the first post is actually the 2nd page.

When he finishes them I'll add them together. I'll also add a link to some of his lego animation videos when I get a chance.
