I like it. Dark themes are not my first choice, but I like the crisp, clean lines.  :thumbup:

$hit Out Of Luck!!!
« on: March 12, 2020, 03:01:13 PM »
This is no time to panic... but;

While listening to some of the medical experts (on MSNBC & CNN) as they describe the coming Coronavirus projections I gained a bit of understanding that sounds rather depressing. I have also been doing some reading on the CDC and WHO websites and while they each have their own perspective, it all sounds about the same.
... it goes something like this:

Sometime, within the next two to three weeks as the outbreak increases, there will come a point at which our hospitals will become overwhelmed. This will lead to a triage situation, meaning that if the hospital has 100 people in the ER waiting room and they only have resources to treat 75 of them, they will need to access those people to see who would be most likely to survive the virus and treatment plan.

So... someone like me with my cancer and other maladies just might be $hit SHIT out of luck!!!  shocked003

Not really in a panic here because that's not my style, but I'm currently self quarantined and won't be going to any place where I would be exposed to people unless there is no choice, like a doctors appointment and you can believe that I'll be fully masked and gloved up and have a quart of Purell in my pocket.

Ah! Well! You know what they say... life's a Bitch, and then you die.  laughing7
