Just received an email from tumbleweed, telling about him being in the hospital for an extended time.

Frank, we hope you get well soon... we'll keep you in our prayers.

Hi,

First I would like to apoligize for the slow and/or no response time for support tickets. The reason is for the last month I have experiencing some medical issues which has lead me to a stay in the hospital.  I have been hospitalized for the last 9 days and have been unable to keep up on current and past support tickets.

I hope to be realese from the hospital on March 19. 2011, hopefully I will be able to answer your support tickets on a faster basis. I would like to thank, Julie, my wonderful wife for allowing me to dictact over the phone to type and send this out while I'm in the hospital.
