Yes! Me, I'd chop the veggies a lot smaller and would prolly make extra sauce in case whoever eats it want a bit more sauce on their slices. I may also make the sauce first and coat the inside of the cabbage before stuffing it and then continue with the recipe.

But I'd have to make it as is except with smaller sliced or diced veggies.
