Back online with a 'barebones' look!
« on: February 01, 2007, 07:13:46 AM »
OK, so the SMF forum software upgrade part of the process worked well and we are back online with this barebones setup. During the day you will see more and more of the features return as I install the 'add-on' software, like TinyPortal. TP is the package that makes the front page for the forum and lets you see all of the articles, slide shows, random gallery pics and the like.

If you have some feature that you like and don't see being turned on just post here and I'll try to bump it to the top of my 'to-do' list.  :bigb:

As the old features are restored and new ones are added:
One thing you will notice right away is the new theme! This one is called 'Mirage' and some of the features are the text size selection box that you can find in the upper left of your window and you can pick your trim color with the box in the upper right.

The 'Helios' theme that we were using before won't be available for a while, but there are others that are dark and I will have some installed soon, so if you don't care for this theme just wait a day or two and there will be more selections available, of course you can still select the 'SMF Default' theme (in the Theme box, lower right) if you want something without all the color.

Enjoy... gpa
