That reminds me of Succotash and it also reminds me that it has been a long, long time since I've had some.

EDIT: actually the article mentions Succotash further down the page.

Yeah, a neighbor was talking to me earlier about this and I mentioned that I started making it from Emeril's version long ago. She ask me to print  copy of it, which I did and also another one with had bacon or andoulie sausage in it.
