The man is very long winded and does nothing but talk to one person for a long period of time about those things or sports. Then he'll go to the next person he sees and does the same thing...then the next and the next. It's like this everyday, all day long. But you can tell when he's having a really bad day because he won't talk much. We love those days.
However, there's a woman who come from the offices about once a week or 2 and will talk more that he does and will do it only to him. LMAO We know he hates it too. Luckily, in a week or 2 he'll be moving to other area away from us!
He not really a bad person but he just talks way too much!
