1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Butter or Bacon Grease
2 cups Whole Milk
3 tsp Black Pepper minimum
1/8 - 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
1 tsp Creole Kick (optional)
