Shreding Cooked Chicken Breasts
« on: July 23, 2017, 09:09:09 AM »
You have got to see this to believe it!!! This woman uses a handheld mixer to shred chicken breasts! I was watching a video on how to cook frozen chicken breasts using the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. Yes, from frozen... At about the 3:30 mark in the video you'll start to see her do it.

Personally, I would have never thought to do that! LOL

Yes!!! I always buy the bone-in split chicken breasts when they go on sale for about $1/pound. I usually oven roast them then shred them with a fork or dice them for whatever I can use it. I like the bone-in because the bones will flavor the meat more than boneless. The oven method also makes for crispy skin that I can munch on right out of the oven before any one else is the wiser! LOL

But, I'll definitely have to try this just for the fun of it.
