I remember making something like this when I was a teen because that's all we had to eat. Hotdogs were the cheapest meat where we lived and what we could afford. So, we had hotdog soup, and all kinds of things with hotdogs in it. LOL

I saw this video and remembered seeing her some years ago. Sadly, she passed away about 5 years ago. This vid reminded me of that dish we used to make. R.I.P., Clara!
