I've already been trying the unzip before uploading tip and while it works OK for some games it's not working for some others. This has been the approach used on all of the Mochi Media games and lately I've tried doing the same for games from your site as well.

Later on today I'm going to try the tip Les posted to see what effect that may have, so lets wait for that result before we try anything else.
