Topic: Installing a new and different Arcade with a 'Mega-Pac' block of games!

We'll soon have a new and different Arcade running here on the FamilyForum that is made by ErIcSwOrLd. This Arcade upgrade will also include a games Mega-Pac with several hundred games including many that we haven't seen before.

This new install means that all previous games and scores are cleared from the database, but we love starting over in the Arcade anyways.  :innocent:

Hopefully by the time you read this post it will be working... so, get busy and see if you can catch gpa.  :stoges:

Just started a new even bigger Game Pack install... almost 3000 games total!  :2tumb:

Some of the games in this pack won't be installed to the FamilyForum Arcade because of content, but I expect the total of the new games to be 500-1000 in all.
It will take me several days to get them all installed.

Only installed a few games this afternoon, had to do some software updates to correct the damage I did yesterday afternoon! The forum crashed with most pages showing as blank because of some code that was being used and it took me a while to isolate the bad code and remove it from the files.

Its fixed now and everything should be working OK... until I break something again.  :innocent:

Look for more new games later.

We now have over 200 games installed to the Arcade for your playing pleasure. 
Its a slow painstaking process too install the games so it'll take some time to get up over the target goal of 500 games.

And... don't worry about my lead in the number of top scores because as each game is installed I give it a quick play to make sure that its OK and my score for those plays will be very low, so you should be able to easily beat my posted numbers.

As you may have noticed we're working on the Arcade again.  :hah:


Because of changes that were made over time the number of games in the Arcade had been reduced to just over 100, but now I've once again started adding games to the inventory.
Please be sure to report any issues or problems that you may see as you play the Arcade games.
