We gonna have Shit on a Shingle tonight!!! 

So, Kay just asked me, "Would you like some Shit on a Shingle for supper tonight?" And me sez, "WHAT? You talking to me???" YES! Me wants some Shit on a Shingle!!!

I love it too! But can't have it cause of all of the sodium in the dried beef. Various products range from 1200mg to 3553 mg per singe serving...and that's for just the beef alone, the sodium content for the other ingredients are not included! Some say that soaking it first will remove some of the salt but I seriously doubt that will be enough even when you add the other ingredients. And I'm sure it will probably taste pretty bland too.

You are right about the salt of course and even for someone who can take a bit of salt in their diet, it is way too much!
