Hollandaise Sauces

I was re-watching this video I had ordered on Craftsy.com for mother sauces. It's an excellent class!

One of the mother sauces is a hollandaise sauce. I've never made one and most people associate it with eggs benedict which is eggs over easy on toast, basically. I don't like runny eggs so I did a search for other options and found these 2 which I plan to plan sometime soon!!!  :drool: :eat: :drool: :eat: :drool: :eat:
