Pro deluxe® 2727 charcoal grill

The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and while I was able to put it together by myself it would have been much easier with an extra pair of hands. Next comes the seasoning for the cast iron grates which takes about four hours according to the instructions. Registering the unit puts you in a drawing that they do once each month for this nice table top unit, so me did that.  :)

Do you like to smoke with flavored woods?

Yes!
Years ago when we lived in California we would often use mesquite wood and loved the flavor that it gave the meat, later when we moved back East we some times used hickory and oak. If I remember correctly we would soak the wood and then lay small pieces, or chips, on top of the BBQ briquettes after they were glowing hot.

They also have small metal boxes with holes in them in the stores to place your wood chips in after soaking them. Sometimes, I'd just make a foil packet and poke holes in it. LOL
